There is much in our lives these days that I think leads to “fragility” – not being strong and robust on all of the layers of the human experience. These factors that lead to fragility include sedentary living, inadequate physical movement, the ageing process, inadequate awareness of what adequate nutrition means, of what good posture means. Fragility in our physical frame, but also the other aspects of our lives. This AntiFragility Yoga is a practice aimed at addressing these influences. It is a rounded practice leading towards robustness in the full sense of that term.
