What does yoga mean?

Yoga means different things to different people.

I have been exploring yoga for over 35 years.

Yoga deals with health, and what it means to be healthy.

It deals with increasing strength, vitality  and flexibility. It deals with pushing the boundaries of what we are capable of doing.

It deals with how we breathe, and how we move. It deals with how we think.

Yet it is also more than all of this.

These pages detail my classes,  the rationale for what I am doing

and the way that I do it.

They also reflect my journey of exploration into what yoga is,

where it has come from and to where it can lead.
